Janos studied organic agronomy for his BSc and MSc and is one of the three founders of TRIEBWERK, a company that focuses on consultation, education and planning in the fields of regenerative agriculture and agroforestry. He is also part of several research projects at University of Kassel/Witzenhausen in the field of regenerative cropping systems and advises administration and policy decisions around agroforestry.

Her current work focuses on the agricultural sector to generate answers to questions such as: How is the agricultural sector affected by climate change? How can the agricultural sector adapt to the changing climate? How can the sector actively contribute to climate protection so that Germany reaches the “net-zero goal” in time? With her work at GERICS, Juliane El Zohbi contributes to improving the dialogue between climate research and practical applications.
